Virtual Express Services is a virtual company composed of a group of skilled General Virtual Assistants trained in an Office to work on different tasks and manage people that are home based. It is being managed by G.P.G Management Consulting and Research Center Corp. Our Office is a Command Center where we filter each task completed with the Utmost Quality to ensure clients’ satisfaction.

– HOW WE WORK –

First, we receive the task request in the office or our command center from the client;

Second, we distribute the tasks given according to skills/expertise;

Third, we receive the completed task sent back by our VAs;

Fourth, we check or monitor the quality of the work; and

Lastly, we submit the job completed to the client
if we are confident
of its quality.

4.) RECEIVED COMPLETED WORK FROM US.

Here are our step by step PROCESS:

  • Send your Request according to your needs and own budget.
  • We will review your request and get back to you with a simple  YES OR NO answer. It’s either we can do the job or not.
  • In case that we have some little disagreements with the budget, we will send you a negotiated amount.
  • If you agree with the amount, you reply to us with a “YES” which means we have a green light to start working on the task.
  • Once the payment is confirmed, we will begin to work on the task. You will receive a confirmation email that we are about to start.
  • While in the process of working with the task, we will send you updates of the work request. Any questions will be communicated accordingly.
  • Once work request is completed, we will send you a notification that it has been done. Once you review the work, let us know what you think. Any changes must be communicated immediately to us before we close the Ticket  Work Request.
  • We urge you to answer our Testimony Page for us to improve our service or if you have any suggestions, feel free to let us know.
  • Work completed. We are happy to receive more tasks from you.

Pricing:

  • Flexible. AT YOUR OWN BUDGET.
  • To process the payment simply click this link paypal.me/VirtualExpServices . Input the approved and agreed amount allocated to the work request.
  • We charge the paypal fee to the client.

 

Refund Policy:

 

  • Once we begin the work, we will provide one (1) up to five (5) samples for you. If you are good with the samples, it means that we are on the right track. Once we finish the work and submit it, we cannot refund the amount but we can fix any errors based on our work.
  • Refund Policy will only apply if the work completed is 50% unacceptable. We will refund the percentage back to you.
